The Timber Kiln is wisely manufactured by using pressurized steam heated kiln with boiler. Integrated with advanced mechanism, it stops the loss of heat transmission by discontinuing the flow of steam and heated oil. In comparison to conventional pressurized steam heated kiln with boiler, our kilns require less maintenance. Moreover, it also capable of maintaining air pressure with moisture of upto 45- 900C.

Run on waste wood, this kiln is available in different capacities to meet exact requirements of clients. In addition to this, the kiln in combination with a condensing unit is ideal for use at high humid areas i.e. Kerala-West Bengal as it ensures excellent water evaporating process by blowing off condensed water out of chamber.

Timber Processing Kilns are highly recommended in wood industries as these do not need steam or thermic fluid boiler as well as steam or oil pipelines. Ideally suited for monsoon season, these kilns assure fast seasoning of timber by achieving high temperature so that wet air with moisture of chamber can be maintained upto 45- 9000C. These kilns run on firewood by using natural thermal system and without employing any pressure.
